    Nick Rucker

    Nick specialises in international structuring for ultra-high net worth individuals, families, trusts and structures, dynastic planning, succession and asset protection structuring. Nick further advises investors and managers on structuring private investment funds and vehicles. Typical clients are private banks and trust companies, families, individuals and family offices.

    Nick qualified as a corporate lawyer, became a Director at UBS in their UK Investment Banking Department, was a partner at LG in their Private Wealth team and is a founding partner of Berkeley Law.

  • Alex Ruffel

    Alex Ruffel

    Alex focuses on UK and international tax, trusts and immigration. Her areas of expertise include advising high-net worth individuals and families and their companies and trustees on tax-planning, estate-planning and trust structuring. She acts for non-UK nationals and non-UK domiciliaries who wish to relocate to or exit from the UK.

  • Glenn Hurstfield

    Glenn Hurstfield

    Glenn specialises in domestic and international estate and tax planning for individuals including trusts, wills and related schemes. Glenn is also an expert in probate and both UK and international estate administration, immigration, heritage property, landed estates and Court of Protection.

    Glenn trained and qualified as a solicitor at Clifford Chance where he remained until 1991 before taking partnership at DLA and then in 1997 at Lawrence Graham. He is a founding partner of Berkeley Law.

    Tim Thornton Jones

    Tim specialises in private client tax planning, mainly for UK domiciled clients, both UK and non-UK resident, land owners, farmers, businessmen, entrepreneurs, sportsmen and entertainers, on heritage property and in the creation of private charities for wealthy philanthropists. Tim has also built a significant practice advising the ex-pat community in Monaco.
